We attempt to process orders immediately and usually send out orders within 2-3 business days. If there is a special order item (such as a giclée) that is manufactured when the order is placed, and can take up to 5 business days for printing before we can ship. If there is a problem with your order, we shall notify you by e-mail or call.

If you need a rush order, please do not hesitate to call! We will make every effort to work with our printers for fast printing!

Prints and giclées, unless stretched or with frame, come rolled in a shipping tube. If your prints are curled upon opening the tube, dont be alarmed! Simply allow them to relax on a dry, flat surface for about 4 hours.

RETURN POLICY
Our products are made of paper and canvas, and accidents happen. If for any reason your product is damaged upon arrival, call us at (805) 684-6444 for instructions. Return the product in the original shipping tube. We will replace your product for free, and refund your shipping cost.
